Terms of Service
The working terms for Meeet Creations projects, covering scope, payment, timelines, ownership and cancellation. Read these alongside your project proposal.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to work carried out by Meeet Creations, based at HMN Phase-1, Baltana, Zirakpur, Near Industrial Area, Panchkula, India, for any client who accepts a proposal or pays an invoice.
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal listing what is included, what is not, and the timeline. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before work begins, so there are no surprise additions on an invoice.
Payment
Website and one-time projects are invoiced 50% on approval and 50% before launch unless agreed otherwise. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance for the coming month. All prices exclude 18% GST. Ad spend, domain fees and third-party subscriptions are paid by the client directly.
Client responsibilities
Timelines assume content, access and feedback arrive when agreed. Where a project stalls waiting on client material for more than 30 days, the work may be paused and rescheduled against current availability.
Ownership
On full payment, the client owns the final delivered work: website files, designs, written content and video edits. Domains are registered in the client's own name. Internal working files, templates and tooling developed by Meeet Creations remain ours.
Results
Meeet Creations commits to the work described in the proposal, not to specific rankings, traffic figures or sales. Search and social results depend on competition and platform algorithms that no agency controls. Reporting shows what was done and what it produced, honestly, either way.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the agreed minimum term. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable. One-time projects cancelled mid-way are invoiced for the stage completed.
Confidentiality
Business information shared with Meeet Creations stays confidential and is used only to deliver the agreed work. Client work may be shown as a portfolio example only with the client's permission.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the business changes. The version in force is the one published here on the date your proposal is accepted.
